Sulaimani Tea- Winter digestive drink

Sulaimani chai, an unusual ambrosial black tea beverage, finds its origins in the Arab region. It is believed that Prophet Mohammad used to drink a beverage called ghava with dates and black pepper, but over time the Arabs made changes to this ancient recipe to find its existence in the Sulaimani tea now. In Arabic, the word Sulaiman means “man of peace” and the tea gets its name from the friendship the Malabar people had with the Arabs. Now this tea is served without milk and with spices and a dash of lemon.

Sulaimani Chai is a healthy beverage having all the health benefits of black tea, is great for digestion after heavy meals, and lowers cholesterol also.
